Cardea International, a Luxembourg-based asset management firm, is seeking Distribution Area Managers to build and maintain strong partner relationships within all channels of distribution, particularly broker/dealers, independent financial advisors, private wealth managers, family offices, etc. The chosen candidates will develop, coordinate and implement a sales and retention strategy, as well as being responsible for expanding our partner network and representing the firm's funds and products in his/her geographic area.

This position requires a:

• Succesful track record of client acquisition and management.
• Proven new business (AUM) track record
• Strong understanding of partners (brokers/dealers, independent financial advisors, private wealth managers, family offices, etc.)
• Strong self-directed organizational and project management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Generating and reviewing trade lists, monitoring positions, exposures and performance
• Outstanding communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills
